Desta vez, a distin\u00e7\u00e3o partiu do j\u00fari do Pr\u00e9mio \u00d3scar Arnulfo Romero que atribuiu o 2.\u00ba lugar ao EPRIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pr\u00e9mio, que este ano teve a sua quinta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, visa reconhecer o trabalho de institui\u00e7\u00f5es educativas, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas ou privadas, funda\u00e7\u00f5es e empresas de toda a regi\u00e3o ibero-americana que promovam os direitos humanos. Este ano, foi dada uma especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos projetos implementados atrav\u00e9s da educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pr\u00e9mio \u00d3scar Arnulfo Romero \u00e9 uma iniciativa que se inscreve nas atividades da&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/oei.int\/pt\/escritorios\/secretaria-geral\/instituto-de-educacion-en-derechos-humanos-y-democracia\/instituto-iberoamericano-de-educacion-en-derechos-humanos-idedh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rede Ibero-Americana de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para os Direitos Humanos e a Cidadania Democr\u00e1tica<\/a>&nbsp;da OEI (Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Estados Ibero-Americanos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A atribui\u00e7\u00e3o do 2.\u00ba lugar a n\u00edvel nacional ao projeto EPRIS \u00e9 mais um reconhecimento do seu car\u00e1cter inovador, ao apostar no poder transformador da educa\u00e7\u00e3o junto de pessoas socialmente exclu\u00eddas, particularmente as mulheres reclusas que se encontram em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de cumprimento de pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A garantia dos direitos destas mulheres e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3 democr\u00e1tica s\u00e3o metas para as quais o projeto EPRIS continua a contribuir convictamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto projeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-a\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1 em desenvolvimento desde 2014, no Estabelecimento Prisional Feminino de Santa Cruz do Bispo, em Matosinhos.
